Morrisons quick and easy cheese and onion mash

Please could somebody tell me how many syns are in Morrisons quick and easy cheese and onion mash? Also how many are in Tesco Liver and bacon 400 grams?

Sorry am new to the forums I dont usually post on them xx If somebody could answer Id be really greatful as the mash is sitting in my cupboard and sounds scrummy! x

I can only find morrisons quick and easy mash cheese and chive 100g made up with out butter 1.5 syns but the asda minute mash cheese and onion is .5 syns per 100g hope this helps
