I had this for lunch and I know its not many syns, but I'm not sure how many they are? Its the bigger pack of vegetarian sushi.
Also, I had some chicken satay sticks from the deli counter which I would appreciate someone telling me the syns for also...they were quite tasty so I'm hoping they are low syns...

142g pack is 1.5 syns. If that's not the one you could work out the syns based on that.

Satay is peanut based so I was expecting it to be higher but I suppose the amount of sauce is negligible. If they are the deli ones they are 2 for half a syn!!
