oh ok. Well i weigh myself around 10:30-11:00 am so will keep doing that!
Thankyou for the help. I love this forum, I've never stuck to a diet for more than 2 days before, and i've done a week so far. I know its not a big deal compared to some of you who have been doing it for months/years but im chuffed with my self
i find that if i weight myself in the morning and then in the evenings, i sometimes don't gain / gain a lb or! gain like loads of lbs! lol, it all depends on what you eat during the day, which i why i like to weigh myself when i wake up, before i eat anything
yeah thats what i thought because i assume any weight you put on during the day, is water weight as its gone by the morning. so im going to keep weighing myself in the morning
I'm going to stick to weighing myself every Saturday morning before breakfast and after going to the loo lol.
I dont think there is a right or wrong time as long as like the others say its roughly the same time of day you do it every week.
I just like the idea of doing if before I've eaten anything that day.
