Oh my gosh, need a slapping.
I can feel myself becoming too complacent and pleased with myself for being at target, and although i gained 1 lb this week, which i was perfectly happy with concidering and intended to shift this week, iv just caved and eaten my sisters home made betty crocker fudge brownie, it was a tiny one, but calorific for sure.. but its not really about the brownie.. its just about how i feel.. there no urgency or need anymore...
can anyone else give me any wise words on staying at target?? its all bin about loosing up untill this point and yet i feel this is going to be the hardest bit of it yet.
would really appriciate some help so i can catch myself out now before i get silly! x
