You're supposed to eat the mousse... :D

But yes, I love it. I was a fairly late convert to the stuff (I'd been on CD for 6 months before I tried any).

Strawberry and chocolate mint would have to be my faves made as a mousse.

But if you fancy a change, try mixing 1/2 a teaspoon of the Sunshine Orange water flavouring to a vanilla shake mix. Tastes a lot like cheesecake then...

Mmmm... Must buy some more... :eating:

I tried the mousse today (got a free sample from cdc) and loved it. I was starting to get a bit fed up with the shakes particularly as they can taste quite sweet, but the mousse seemed to tone the flavour down a bit. I even struggled to finnish mine! Will buy some more next week.

I have never tried the mousse either this time or around or last time. To be honest I think its the money issues, am I right to say it's about £7. So, what if you try it and don't like it?? £7 down the drain. This diet is expensive enough without wasting it. But, I think I might splash out tonight and buy one, everyone seems to like it.
