    To make the mousse out of the shake powder (vanilla and chocolate only, no strawberry) if I remember correctly the LT bag tells us to use 2 fl oz of water before mixing well and eating immediately.

    However, several people have commented on how 2 fl oz seems like nowhere near enough and so they add more water to it.

    I, myself, have never had it as a mousse however, I live solely off chocolate shakes lol

    As for other recipes;

    - some people add peppermint tea to their chocolate shakes (tried this and it's yummy)

    - some add a spoonful of coffee to either a vanilla shake or chocolate shake to make a latte or mocha respectively.

    - Most people add some kind of seasoning to the chicken soup, be it chilli flakes, paprika, pepper etc. Just remember, NO SALT

    Some people have made ice-cream out of the shakes but I'm not sure this is recommended as shakes need to be consumed within 15 minutes of being made and obviously it will take longer than this to freeze.

    Hope at least some of that has been helpful. If I've forgotten any I'm sure someone'll be along to tell you!

    Having read this thread and not had my last LT I've just tried making a mousse. First it didn't mix so was lumpy then I got out the blender and it all flew all over the kitchen I then tasted this globby mess and it tasted how it looked - yucky yucky so i gave what was left and made a regular choc shake mmmmm mmm yummy.
    I read somewhere about making the moooousse (or in my case gooooeey moooouse) into muffins by microwaving it - tried that with a smigden before giving the remainder to the dog and it tasted like hot frothy salty melted milk shake !!!
    I'll stick to straight in future as it'll take me the rest of the night to clean the kitchen, the dog, the microwave, the blender .......
