Mouth Ulcers & a General Moan

I'm feeling sooooo sorry for myself, really run down, mouth full of huge ulcers, been living off bonjela and corsodyl these last few days:cry:

Haven't eaten anything but white bread and boilled eggs cause it hurts so much, but I really feel like reaching for the junk food!!! HELP!!!!

Oh poor you - that must be miserable!!! I can't really advise anything though, the only thing I would say is that you are sick, so get yourself better and then go back to the eating plan.
