Mouthwash?

I wondered if anyone can help I heard being on LT can make your breath smell :cry: so I went out and bought some mouthwash the other day I bought Oral B alcohol free one , is this ok to use as I know there are restrictions?

If anyone could help that would be great

Hi and welcome. Lt does initially give you bad breath. Lt recommend the original listerene, (the one that looks like urine, for the want of a better description). There used to be listerene breath strips, now gone off the market and there are new ones in Ireland but don't seem to have come out in UK yet, called nuphar. People have successfully used all types on here and not affected their weight loss. Wishing you all the best.
