HexB Milled mixed seeds allowance

cold anyone help me with this. I've not been on SW for some time now and I wondered if I could use this as my hex B and if so how many grams please?

I like to have this with some natural yogurt each day and would like to know if I am having way too much.

6 syns for 25g, it doesn't come up as a Hexb but as they are roughly 6 syns then I'm guessing you could replace you hexb with it, but not strictly on plan
