Moving from SS+ to Step 2

    Anyone know when it's recommended to do so? Is it when you reach a BMI of 25 or when you're within 10 lbs of your goal weight, my goal being a BMI of 25.

    ** I really want yogurts!!!!!**

    Also have people found that they've lost a small amount of weight every week on Step 2 or has their weight loss really stalled?

    I started moving up the steps when I was a stone away from goal..

    Weigh loss stays the same.. 2-3lbs a week.

    I'm now on step 3 & I lost 5lb last week..

    Step four from next week..

    Viita, do you exercise a lot to get such great results?

    No I don't lovely..

    I've been told to not exercise until I reach by goal so I haven't.

    It can take away the results as muscle weighs more.

    I just stick to plan, weigh everything out and drink lots of water.

    Thats good to know too. I was exercising loads and getting nowhere so I've knocked it on the head completely for the last week.

    I've been exercising quite a bit this week and will be interesting to see what happens on scales - I wouldn't be surprised if I stayed the same or gained as I can already tell after 10 days I'm a bit more muscly (my legs always build muscle quickly)... I am feeling so much better for exercising though - will see how it goes... I needed to get back into some cardio as doing a 5km run with my son in May aswell and would be too much not doing any exercise for 5 months. I think not exercising seems I be the way to go to get to goal ASAP.

    My skin is definitely way saggier this week with no exercise so its one or the other it seems alright. at this stage i think id prefer to push on to goal for the last month and then get back into the gym properly. There's always spanx in the meantime!!!!

    I'll be back in the gym very soon to tone up but not until I hit my goal xoxo
