Hex B - cheese
Breakfast - banana after weigh in
Lunch - jacket potato with coronation chicken and salad
Dinner - jacket potato with cheese, onion and tuna and salad.
Snacked on crab sticks, will have a muller greek style coconut yog with strawbs, raspberries and blueberrys with a mini merenge on top-these taste fab!
Syns - maybe 5 for the coronation chicken sauce?
