Muddled_Midget's Enough is Enough!

    I'm new to posting but have been lurking for a while and gaining inspiration, and have decided that enough is enough!

    Over the last 2 years I've gained 2 stone, and it's still rising, my jeans are too tight to sit in comfortably, but I hate the thought of having to buy yet another size up (3 dress sizes in 2 years now too!)

    I've decided to set myself a target of about 1lb/week or 1kg every 3 weeks and am determined to be at my target weight by January. I've never tried to diet before, which is probably where my problems have come from, and keeping up with my husbands portions, andworking in a supermarket with ready access to frshly baked cookies throughout the day.

    But no more!! I'm aiming for 1500 calories/day and going to the gym at least 3 times/week (finally going to make use of it!)

    So wish me luck, and here goes!

    Your goal of 1lb per week seems real achieveable. Good luck.
