Hello

Can someone please tell me how many syns are in the new mug shot snack stop pots? The xxl size in any flavours?
I can only find mug shot syns on here and I'm going to guess that what I have is more syns than just the mug shot sachets.

I think you might find the general rule is 20cals = 1 syn, but hopefully a group or web member can tell you exactly. Sound lovely!
