I've only just found them after reading about them on here. They come in a packet and are a bit like a pot noodle but a lot nicer.

I've just bought 2 packets from Somerfield. I got the Sweet N Sour and Chicken which are both less than 1% fat and both free. I checked the 2 i bought on the Syns online just to be sure. NOt sure if i'm right in thinking that all the ones which are less than 1% fat are free? x

you can buy them from most supermarkets, they are like cuppa soups but with pasta in them. You pour them into a mug and then add boiling water and stir, then leave for 5 mins. They are very nice and they fill me up, I often have thm as a snack. But we careful not all of them are free. I know the pasta tomatoe and herb and the chicken ones are free and also the noodles sweet and sour ones. They are roughly about 44p from tesco, but wilkos have an offer on at the moment 3 for £1!!
