I've looked online at the SW website but I can't find the syns for these. I'm hoping it's not to bad as I've just eaten two of the spicy sweet & sour noodle one!

Yay!!!! thankyou, thankyou, thankyou. Just had a horrible shock that tinned spaghetti isnt free? I was eating a tin for breakfast for a week cause I was fed up with fish!

Tinned spaghetti should be free on green or EE days?

Thats what I thought but theres a thead "Tinned spaghetti" that says its 3 syns for 100g so I thought I'd made a boo boo.

Checked that thread and its 3 syns on a red day but free on green or EE
