Are the Iceland ones free the tomato1%,thanks

I've heard a good way to check is that if the Mug Shots branding is red, then it's free (as long as it's 1% fat). If it's black text, then it's not free and has to be synned.

I found this on Google which seems to confirm if it's any help...

UNfortunately that picture isn't up to date. Not all the mugshots on sale in the bargain stores are synned, actually the only one that differs from the supermarket version is the tomato one

The Spicy Tomato and the Tomato & Herb flavours are both free, so maybe try those instead?
