Hi

I am hearing loads of ppl talk in my class about receipes with Muller light. Can anyone tell me are these free or how many syns are in one?

The fruit mullerlight yoghurts are all free on all food optimising plans, remember that the "layered" ones have syns in them (2 I think)

Some of the recipes might have added "syns" in them, depending on the other ingredients, so look out - but best o'luck with them!

The limited edition lemon cheesecake one also has syns (in addition to the previously mentioned layered ones). Chocolate ones are free except the one that has the black cherry layer.
