Shape satisfaction yoghurts are also free and always seem to be on offer in the shops lol Much thicker than mullerlight so I prefer those

If you have an Aldi near you, get yourself in there for yogurst too. The Aldi Bio Optifit are free. They have wholegrains in them and fill up up more than the Mullerlight ones do. They're a bit thicker too.

umm thanks i've got an aldi quite close to me ... i like smooth yogs though do they have bits in? im fussy x

also morrisons eat smart ones are free (they look like muller light in their packaging) and a bit cheaper too the vanilla is yummy

yea i was looking on slimming world online they got syn values for a lot of aldi stuff
