ONE muller lite i used choc orange with the bits in 
half a tub of quark
6 mini flan bases
pour the muller lite in a bowl and mix together with the quark ! till smooth, then transfer the mixture into the 6 flan bases i put some slices of banana on top and grated the tinest amount of choc on top i then put them in the fridge yummy!!!! they are 4 syns each i think feel free to correct me if im wrong !!!
