yes, muller rice is high - probably to do with all the sugar in it.

Tonight I have made rice pudding with water and sweetner and mixed a muller light in it - same dish, except mine was free!

You can have these things, you just need to find the alternatives!

ohhh damnn...ive just thrown the rest away...i might try makin my own during the week. thanks 4 confirming that!

I might be wrong but I think the light ones are only 5/6 syns - still high but not quite as bad!

Always, always check syn value before you eat!!
Muller rice catches a lot of people out, you're not the first.

Gosh, the syns are really high, I've never bought any mullerice, but I was considering them as a change from yoghurts, thank goodness I haven't bought any yet, I'll stay with the yoghurts.

Aren't they just! Prior to SW I used to eat them all the time, sometimes 2 or 3 a day. No wonder I had put on weight!
