I think you are about 11 syns for a full size muller rice and 5/6 for the low fat ones. Don't know about snack size ones sorry.
Better off making your own SW rice pudding!

they don't qualify for a free food allowance (even though they contain rice), so it is 1 syn for every 20 calories. Think it is to do with the fact they are a ready made dessert.

Like circes said, it is far better to make your own if you can, as that way the rice can be counted as a free food.

The 190g pots are 10.5 syns and the snack pots are 5! i was eating them every day the whole of my first wk on sw and didnt realise i thought they were free..silly me! still lost 4.5 lbs though.
the odd one is now harm :D
