Well when I started the diet I asked the pharmacist and he said it shouldn't affect anything. Because I take multi-vitamins and it hasn't affected anything!

i emailed lipotrim about this and asked about taking vits and mins for hair loss and this is what they told me

Hair thinning is not related to vitamins or minerals. It could slow your weight loss and make you more hungry than you need to be and it will have no effect on your hair.

hope this helps!

There's really no need ... why take the chance? Apart from getting all the vits & mins you need in the shakes you're already taking the best thing you can for your skin, nails etc ... the water! x

I don't know much about vitamins, but I am a total cosmetic junkie and have probably tried most products on the market for skincare, makeup etc. Infact I was thinking of starting a Beauty Thread so I could pass on my expertise :giggle: After much hype and more importantly a 3 for 2 offer at Boots I've started using the No 7 Protect and Perfect Beauty Serum (intense version) under my moisturiser each day and it has made a noticeable difference. I reckon it has knocked 10 years off the age of my skin, honest! It's so good that I'm down to a tinted moisturiser rather than foundation each day :D
