Muscle burn..

    ....anyone else get this ?

    Walking up a flight of stairs makes my thigh muscles feel like I've done an hour's workout in the gym ..going for 'the burn'

    .....or am I odd ? :eek:

    I get that a lot - I like to think its a good sign and indicates that my body is having to reach into those fat stores to keep me going!

    Gosh that's funny - I got that in my first week - felt as though I had run a mile or been for a heavy work out when I got to the top of the stairs - at least I wasn't huffing and puffing as much as before.
