Found this one for Beef on the Philly website. Could easily be adpted. Dont know if its any help.
  • 2 tsp sunflower oil
  • 0.5 onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • 250 g sirloin steak trimmed and cut into thin strips
  • 110 g baby mushrooms, halved
  • small glass of white wine (about 120ml)
  • 75 g Philadelphia Light
  • 1.5 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onion and fry until soft, remove from the pan and set aside.Turn up the heat and quickly brown the beef strips. Add the mushrooms and cook until their juices start to run then add the onions back again.Add the white wine and let it bubble to reduce a bit. Stir in the Philly and the Dijon mustard until smooth.Serve with rice and fresh vegetables.

Can just remove the oil, beef and wine maybe add more muchrooms and onions. Not sure how that would work.
Im hungry now

Dont know if you are still looking for this recipe but here goes.

3 Garlic cloves crushed
8 Spring onions sliced
1 red, 1 yellow pepper chopped
1 pound of mixed mushrooms sliced
handful chopped chives
handful chopped tarragon
400gr can chopped tomatoes
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 pt veg stock
s&P
7oz fat-free fromage frais
Boiled rice to serve

Heat frying pan over high heat and add garlic, spring onions, peppers, mushrooms, herbs, chopped tomatoes, paprika and stock. Season to taste, bring to boil, reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 15-20 min.
Remove from heat, stir in fromage frais and serve with rice
Free on green and EE

I used dried tarragon and Quark which was succesful.
Enjoy
