Mushrooms

You could fry them in FryLight? Or, I'd probably put them on a baking tray (on some baking parchment with FryLight) and cook them that way.
 
I add a little water to stop them burning in the saucepan - sometimes I also added a sachet of butter bud.
 
I add a tbsp water and some lemon juice and cook for a few minutes until mushrooms cooked and liquid evapourated. If you have fresh parsley or any other herb, sprinkle some over. Alternatively 1 tsp mayonaise (2 syns) & mustard poweder. Some people cook them in chopped tomatoes (personally I do not like it). You can cook them in so many ways.
 
put them in a dish with a few dashes of wostershire sauce and microwave them for about 2 to 3 mins
 
I just throw them in a pan with garlic. If I've been good all week I use butter :D But on a normal week I just use good old frylight and it's fine.
 
I fry mushrooms in fry light then add about 100 ml veg oxo and leave it simmering for about 10 mins to reduce. They're lovely and tasty then.

Don't use beef oxo though - it's far too strong a flavour.
