Mushy Peas??

Hi Everyone,
so I am VERY new to this diet so hope this isnt a silly question!!.. I would like to make pea and ham soup, if I were to make it on a red day how many syns would I have to use for the peas or could it be a he?. Thanks xx

1 syn for every 20 calories on a red day - not sure if they are a HEB. Peas are but cant swear to the mushy ones

Mushy peas are not a HE on a green day but marrowfat/processed peas are (113g) I don't know if you could use them instead and maybe blend them or mush them a bit!?
