Hi
I done Lipotrim about 5 years ago it worked well and I kept the weight off but between bad relationships personal problems and surgery I have gained a lot in the last 2 years so here I am and I have to do it.... my job depends on it as I wont pass my medical if I dont lose the weight and if I dont pass my medical I lose my job so if thats not incentive nothing is.....

I started on 10th Jan and have stuck to it 100% since then.... I have not weighed in yet as I had 10 days supply from a friend and Im not weighing till they are gone.

I started at 18 stone and 1 pound and want to lose 5 stone ASAP.... Wish me luck

Hi MustLose. Sadly that's a very common story around here. For me to :( Did Lighter Life and Cambridge in 2005, lost 6 stones, got depressed, broke my ankle very badly (2 breaks, dislocated, ruptured tendon), 10 days in hospital, lots of surgery), couldn't exercise for ages, got more depressed and got fat again! It's a viscious circle. Thankfully no more depression now, am fit with the exercise, and am finally tackling the weight.

You have something very real to focus on here, as your livelihood is depending on your health. I am sure you can do this. Focus and stay strong. There are lots of us here who can help support you :)

What is your job hun?

xx

Yup I am here after doing so well several years ago, then separation, divorce, depression, etc etc, but happy now and in the right frame of mind!

Im in the Army so fitness is my job... Just had some really bad times and Im a comfort eater. But Im in the right place now and going to do this for myself. Iv spent hours reading all the posts and weekly weigh ins which are really encouraging. I fully intend to join weight watchers when Iv gone through the refeed process to keep me in line plus I like weight watchers. If time was on my side Id probably opt for weight watchers but I need to shift this weight ASAP. Im hoping by easter to have the 5 stone gone. I will be exercising also so it all adds up. I wont lie and say Im finding it easy as I do all the cooking at home and its difficult but I just keep telling myself Ill have something tomorrow and do it one day at a time than looking at the next 12 weeks or so. On the bright side even though I have not weighed in I can feel the difference in my trousers already. I will weigh on thursday morning at that point Ill have done 10 days. I only want to get down to 13 stone which you probably think is still very heavy for a 5ft 6 female but the last time I got to that weight I was a size 12 bottom and size 10 top and I really did not want to lose any more weight as I started to look too thin and people started to comment that I looked too thin. I must have a heavy bone structure or something as my friend who is the same height as me but 4 stone lighter we swap clothes from time to time as she is the same size as me size 18. I suppose we are all different builds but put us side by side and we look pretty much the same build except I weigh 4 stone more!!! I plan to do 12 weeks followed by a 2 week refeed as I have a wedding and 2 other functions I must attend and if Im anywhere near my target Ill just go straight to weight watchers otherwise I will go back on this at the wnd of May until Ill get there....

Hi Pudge.... Id be lying if I said I was finding it easy but Im just taking it one day at a time. I will weigh in tomorrow and post my weigh in.

I treated myself today to a nice pair of new boots it would have been only money I would have spent on beer at the weekend and a takeaway on the way home so at least I have something to show for it :D

DREADING the weigh in Im just alergic to the scales but has to be done I suppose :sigh:

First Weigh In

My first weigh in after 10 days......

15 pounds down!!!!!!!!!!

Started at 18stone 1 pound
Now 17 stone......

Very Happy with that as I have an injury at the moment and literally did not move off the couch for the last 2 weeks.... :D

Target for next week hope to lose 5 pounds fingers crossed!!!! Gonna try some light exercise starting today just a 30min walk or something Im sure it will all help!!!! ;) Couldnt have done it without this forum I read it several times a day and when I see how close 12 weeks away are I know I can do it for that period of time. If I could lose another 3 and a half to 4 stone in the next 12 weeks I would be so delighted

Its getting easier

:DThanks Guys greatful for the support and encouragement......

Im thinking Iv committed to doing this for 12 weeks and I almost have 2 weeks over me so its actually flying. It has got easier I nearly went out of my senses craving food for the first few days but that has gone now it was probably just because I have such a bad sweet tooth it was withdrawal symptoms.... But Im beyond that now, of course I still want food Im human but I dont have serious cravings Im actually looking forward to getting on a healthy diet after this as I love fruit and Veg I just dont make enough conscious decisions but I will after 12 weeks of sacrifice. It will be weight watchers all the way come Easter :angel09:

Easiest day yet

I must say for some reason maybe the fact I weighed in today I have found it the easiest day yet. Actually I didnt even want to take my last shake as I was not hungry but I made myself have it as I know I need to take the 3 to have all my nutrients...

Iv had 3 litres of water and a cup of green tea. I managed to cook a chicken caserole for the gang and make a trifil and not once did I even think of picking. I sliced a cake and opened some lovely choccy biscuits for some visitors and did not feel depreived when I had none.

I have 11 days done and nobody even knows Im on it yet.... I have a weekend away to london with my sister the first week in Feb but Ill be bringing my shakes so I will have to tell her then but I will stay on it. Its not a huge sacrifice. I have 15 pounds down and 57 to go to get to my target and I really hope I can get to my target a week before easter as I have to refeed then for a wedding easter weekend but even if I get 50 off Ill be delighted and Im joining weight watchers then to lose another stone below my target to give me some room for holidays etc :D:D:D:D:D

FAIL TO PLAN THEN PLAN TO FAIL!!!!!!!

This time I have my plan and Im sticking to it.... 12 weeks TFR 2 weeks Refeed Weight Watchers!!!! Never to go on this again then I will keep myself in check....
