Mustard Potatoes

♥ Mustard Potatoes ♥

So easy to make & absolutely yummy.
All I do is chop up the potatoes into slices, chop one onion into thin slices, put them in cold water with 1 veg oxo cube & microwave for 10 minutes.
Once cooked, drain & sprinkle over the mustard powder, enough to cover all the potatoes & toss until totally covered.
Transfer to a casserole dish, sprinkle a HEA of cheese on top & more mustard powder & cook on gas mark 6 for around 15 minutes.
BEAUTIFUL!!!
