I have been dieting for several months and have lost over 3 stones which I am very proud of. Recently I have fallen off the wagon and havent been able to get myself up again. I start the week as usual do 2 days of dieting and then next 5 days binge eat like i have never seen food, choco, crisps, take aways u name it
I am sure I have gained several pounds i can feel it and see it but i am not hopping on the scales NO WAY
)) I realised the diet I was previoulsy on was taking its toll on me so i have now stopped it and started discover plan. I have 10 weeks left for my holiday, im going way to istanbul on the 13th sept and would love to be a size smaller bu then, im currently wearing size 10-12 and would love to be 8-10 where i was 4 years ago, ( size 8 would be dream come true
Im currently on 18 points a day, im 5ft 4, weigh 10 st 2, am not working at the mo so dont have an active liftstyle so picked 0 points for that. does 18 sound about right? anyway guys please wish me luck so that I can loose 1 stone in 10 weeks, I lost 2 stones in 7 weeks, so when you think 1 stone in 10 weeks is childs play, but because its my last 1 stone thats why im a bit scared, but im sure 10 weeks should be plently of time right???
