My 12 steps to goal.........................

Went back to SW this morning & I am back down to 15st 5lbs so 16lbs gone in total!!

Set myself a wee challenge at the beginning of the year to lose 52lbs in 2015 so 50lbs more to go! Xxx

Been sticking to the plan all week & just had a yummy chicken stir fry for dinner - 3 syns for the sweet chilli sauce.

Was tasty tasty tastyyyyyyyyy

I know I shouldnt but I weigh every day in the morning & by jings your weight doesnt half go up & down through the week does it!

I was 15st 1lbsish on Saturday & today I am 15st 4lbsish.

I try not too but I just cant help myself I even have my hubby doin it now!

He is a skinny wee thing though.

I felt like just having a blow out today but I have stuck to it & I am determined for a loss on Saturday now.

Eurghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I am such a stupid failure self sabotaging eejit!!!

I am back upto 15st 8lbs this morning.

Its time to dig out the willpower.

Will also be posting every day on here & will try to include a food diary also.

Still going good so far just having lunch now & enjoying it.

When you eat junk food you can really feel how bad it is for you.

Just a pity I dont remember this all the time!!

Yeah I need a nice herbal tea, I really want to try the Bootea Teatox.

Might treat myself at the end of the month & do that the whole of March.
