Day 1 100% and 3 l water. Day 2 had to hav a boiled egg cuz I was at mums and had no option so don't know how it will be counted but 2.5l water
 
Not 100% today i had a boiled egg on top of my shake. Spoke to my consultant about it she said one egg shouldnt take me out if ketosis as its just protein, water intakes good.
 
Day 2 6.4.13 not quite 100% with food-had chicken tikka shashlick with griddled peppers, tomatoes and prob oil and poured some mint yoghurt on my salad, 3litres of water and still going and 1 1/2 hours of walking the dog. Will have 100% ss day tomorrow to make up. :)
 
Day 2 100% water but not ss sadly. My oh got a pizza takeaway for dinner, my favourite!! It was driving me insane so had some chicken! Back on track tomorrow!
 
for some reason im not getting elerts now from this forum!hope not too late for mini challenge?im 100% on both ss and water for last two days as ive posted before that for 100% so think its only yesterday and today i haveny posted!!thanks girlies.
 
Gutted to say I haven't been 100% ss today. I have drank my water but night shift is a real struggle :( promise to be 100% back on track tomorrow.

Ok so updating this post from earluier in the night. I must confess i have been a pig and need a kick in the butt!!!! PLEASE HELP. Im disgusted at what i have picked at overnight but once ive slept til early afternoon tomorrow i will get up and go to the gym and run and swim and try do some damage control. It really has been a long horrible night.

I had my wi on saturday before my nightshift and was chuffed that im into the 11's now. Do we have a table for the 10kg challenge? I couldnt seem to find one to update :( right now i need all the motivation and encouragement as possible, please help me x

I'm finding I'm rather irritable at the moment. Short tempered with the kids etc... I remember I was like this in my first week or so whilst my body went into ketosis, but I dont like this person I'm seeing!

Sorry Laura.... I know how the bad days come around and the wheels just fall off! Thing is to get straight back on track asap. Dont harp on it, and dont think "oh well I was so bad yesterday I may as well eat today..." Put it behind you and get on with your shakes and water today.

Still no sign of sweedaddict?

Hi yes back on track today not that i cheated a huge amount just had a boiled egg yesterday. So far have had one shake only as i woke up late and i just dont feel hungry in the mornings i got to force it down.. Does this happen to anyone else?? I just dont feel hungry until say late afternoon sometimes i find it so difficult to hv my 3rd product!! And if i happen to eat some eggs or chicken its even more difficult to have a product.
 
I cant eat first thing in the morning, so I have my first shake around 9.30/10am (including weekends) - and have my lunch around 2pm and dinner around 6.30'sh.... I could never not have all 3 shakes! I'd keel over and die!

Yesterday I had my chicken salad, so didnt have my dinner shake (in fact didnt have lunch shake either!) - but I had my salad early afternoon and didnt feel the need for lunch or dinner... but I've read that you should ALWAYS have all 3 shakes a day - just makes me wonder why, esp when you've had something (boiled egg) to eat - surely you should try keep your calorie intake down?

Thats exacly wat i use to think.. If iv had a boiled egg why do i still have to have a third shake but my consultant said its important i do because one egg done have all the nutrients and stuff that you get from one shake so its vital u still have all ur packs.
 
Hello ladies, hope this weekend is treating you well. I long for some normal non-rainy weather!
Slim - I get 3 smileys for yesterday. 100%, 3.5L and 30 mn run. Hoorah, just wanted to go and test out the legs before end of month, so this will def be a little extra.
This week is gonna be crazy too; I hope to be 100%, but I'm so tired nervously, I have to be careful I don't go into one of those "accidental" binges :rolleyes:
 
MINI CHALLENGE 2 (14 Days) - Start Date(Day 1) : Friday, 05th April, 2013 End Date(Day 14): Thursday, 18th April 2013.


Hi girls.

I have made a summarized table of the 14 day mini challenge for us to view our progress at a quick glance. It is pretty simple to understand. The green smiley:D means that we have followed the SS 100% and the yellow smiley :) means that we have followed the water intake 100%. If any smiley is missing it means we have not followed that part of the challenge 100%. Hope this table is simple and clear to everyone! I will also be updating this table at the end of each day. :)

Green smiley:D = SS done 100%
Yellow Smiley:) = Water intake of 2.5L done 100%
Dancing Mermaid:mermaid:= 30 minutes of gentle walking done -This is optional ...but don't you want to look hot like the mermaid??? ;)


Please do not forget to update us for each and every single day of the mini challenge, no matter how your day went. You may update at the end of each day or the next day in the morning. Kindly mention the day (example: Day 2) and date (eg. 06th April, 2013) as well so that it is easier for me to keep track, especially as we are all in different time zones.

I will give an example below for more clarity:

Day 2 - April 06th, 2013 - 100% on all three counts

Also, I am sorry to say that anybody who does not update us for two consecutive times in a row, will be automatically removed from the group. I am hoping all of us in this group will be there right till the end of the mini challenge and there will be no drop offs! :D...So here's to wishing all of us a FABULOUS success and fabulous weight losses!! Hope your day is going well so far!!!

What has happened to everyone? So many of you only have one yellow smiley! Not good enough!! You all have to pull up your socks girls!!

Well done Enlightenme2! You have a mermaid!! Keep it up...Please make sure you start off with gentle walking or you will become very hungry and cravings will set in! But well done!! :D
