My 12 Week Challenge starting today - Anyone care to join? - LETS DO IT!!

Day 3 100% SS and 2.5ltrs water. No mermaid (that's reserved for weekdays)

And bunny yes you can exercise on CWP but you need to be careful and do it moderately. It tells you in the CWP book :)
 
They say no excercise during the first 2 weeks as your body adjusts to VLCD, but after that to excercise moderately and to listen to your body. My body is deaf and dumb and blind. Or I'm not listening.:p

Well its a new week and I'm glad to be back to life as normal. Kids go back to school tomorrow after a 3 week holiday which totally threw me as I was up late in the mornings and totally out of my normal routine! Glad to say I was 100% yesterday, minus the mermaid, and didnt dip my finger in the peanut butter!

Good going Lauren and Enlightenme (of course you had a "loss" this week - I wish I knew what it was!) :eek: and you to Afsana (btw, you can now update your Stats as you've reached your 50 post minimum - that way we can all see your progress - and well DONE on being in the 90's! I've just got into the 90's and am soooooo glad!)

Sunflower, well done on being 100% too!:D

Fraufrau, you too... gardening and mowing is using calories too....

Well its 9.30am so going to make my morning shake - chocolate, and I'm having a green tea to help me along too...

I think buggy fit will be ok for me. We are all pushing our babies so it's walking with optional jogging in places and lots of toning exercises. I shall soon find out lol
 
Here's to a 100% on all thee today! I'm heading to the gym this morning to set me up for the busy day ahead of me. I really feel much better once I've done excersice :)

Thank you Jilly, always so nice to be able to come on here and read such great encouragement on a Monday morning. I haven't had my brkfst yet as I'm at the cardiologist waiting for my appt... I have to have all the proper approval for the beg of May to start my training... Hope it all goes well, I always get paranoid when I'm at the dr's.. Which shoots my Adrenaline through the roof and raises my BP readings!
 
That Buggy fit sounds interesting ..... excercising whilst yakking - sounds like my kind of excercise! :patback:

Oh LOL Enlighten, I know what you mean about your BP raising just sitting in the waiting room!! Take a couple deep breathes.... all will be ok.:flowers:

I wasn't able to get weighed last week as my consultant was on holiday so am having to wait till Friday for my weigh in x
 
Thank you for the encouragement jillybeans! I have just registered for a yoga class tomorrow evening, so will see how that goes! Like you say though all activity is sure to help isn't it!! Dead set for a 100% day on all three counts!! Have a good day yourselves girls xx
 
So far so good completed my exercise with more though out the day with dog walks. Also half way there with water. It's gonna be a good day. Trying to have a day of no bar as I feel I'm depending on them too much. Shakes and soup for me today!

That's good news :) will be good to get back at it! What kind of training do you do ? Is it all running?
 
yay!!! run for me too - dont think my knees would manage (they creak just with my walking around the house!)

I'm 100% so far, and about to have my vanilla shake for lunch - and 2.8litres down already.

I'm finding I'm WANTING to cook at the moment - just gone and bought some fish for the kids and did a dawdle around the shop looking at fish spices etc.... I hate cooking. But now I'm wanting to try new stuff on the kids.:family2: Last time I experimented and strayed from my "normal" cooking of bangers and mash etc, the kids said it tasted "disgusting" (was a pasta and bacon dish) and i couldnt even try it myself to see if indeed it was disgusting.

I'm having my neighbours all over on Thursday for dinner as they are emmigrating, so on Thursday they will have no cutlery/crockery etc as the packers come that day - there are 5 of them (mom, dad and 3 kids) and my 2 kids - said I'd cook them pasta and order pizza! Dont know if I was crazy at the time as its going to be very hard sitting at the table all 8 of us and me and my shake!:drool::drool:
 
MINI CHALLENGE 2 (14 Days) - Start Date(Day 1) : Friday, 05th April, 2013 End Date(Day 14): Thursday, 18th April 2013.


Hi girls.

I have made a summarized table of the 14 day mini challenge for us to view our progress at a quick glance. It is pretty simple to understand. The green smiley:D means that we have followed the SS 100% and the yellow smiley :) means that we have followed the water intake 100%. If any smiley is missing it means we have not followed that part of the challenge 100%. Hope this table is simple and clear to everyone! I will also be updating this table at the end of each day. :)

Green smiley:D = SS done 100%
Yellow Smiley:) = Water intake of 2.5L done 100%
Dancing Mermaid:mermaid:= 30 minutes of gentle walking done -This is optional ...but don't you want to look hot like the mermaid??? ;)


Please do not forget to update us for each and every single day of the mini challenge, no matter how your day went. You may update at the end of each day or the next day in the morning. Kindly mention the day (example: Day 2) and date (eg. 06th April, 2013) as well so that it is easier for me to keep track, especially as we are all in different time zones.

I will give an example below for more clarity:

Day 3 - April 07th, 2013 - 100% on all three counts

Also, I am sorry to say that anybody who does not update us for two consecutive times in a row, will be automatically removed from the group. I am hoping all of us in this group will be there right till the end of the mini challenge and there will be no drop offs! :D...So here's to wishing all of us a FABULOUS success and fabulous weight losses!! Hope your day is going well so far!!!

Elaha, I noticed you mentioned that you had a diet coke. In the SS plan you are not allowed diet coke at all I believe. Someone, please correct me if I am wrong?

Also, please make sure to mention the day( Day 3) and date (07th April, 2013). It would make it so much easier for me to update! Thanks! :D

Ive been 100% today ladies, but I was sooo hungry I'd had all 3 products by 3:30pm!! Just had water since, getting on for 4 litres today. Feeling better and waiting for my exercise DVD to come in the post so I can start that too. I will do this :) x
