My 12 Week Challenge starting today - Anyone care to join? - LETS DO IT!!

just come back from a very disappointing weigh in as i only managed to lose 1lb (0.45kg) :(
have had a chat with my consultant and she has told me that i need to go onto ss+ this week as i have been suffering with constipation and am feeling really bloated so therefore carn't do just ss.
hopefully after a week the problem will be sorted and i can go back to ss, dont know where this means for the challenge as would still like to take part.
just feeling really de-motivated

Oh Lauren.... I do feel for you. You've been so good doing SS and its just so hard..... maybe a week of SS+ will just jump start things for you. How do YOU feel about SS+ for a week? I totally understand your feelings!!!! :bighug:

As far as the 10kg challenge goes - nothing changes. I dont mind HOW you get to the 10kg loss..... SS+ I see slim has included in the next 14 day challenge - so basically NOTHING changes for you. Just keep on plodding... x

I really and truly feel so proud of us for almost completing the challenge! Look at us and how far we have come! And this time we have all really had SO many more 100% days than not!

17 and 18 were smiley for water and mermaid :-/

Have taken senokot max strength two nights in a row.
I don't mind doing ss+ for a week, just don't want it to affect my loses x
 
100% ss+ for me today and 3ltrs of water drunk.

Felt really strange eating, had scrambled egg and some mushrooms.
Fingers crossed ss+ for a week doesn't affect the loss next Friday :/
Also does anyone know if you can have cottage cheese with onion and chives on ss+ or does it have to be plain x

Jilly, that was the weight loss in 2 weeks of following SS 100% ( which was the mini challenge 2 we just completed). But I am really happy with the loss as now I have a lot less to lose. As we approach goal weight we tend to lose less in a week...and anyway to me every single loss counts :)

So far on the SS plan, I have lost in total about 32.5 kg. I lost 16kg before I joined this site and 16.5kg after joining this forum. I feel really thrilled with how far I have come! :)
 
Sorry for delay.for some reason my phone likes to delete this app and takes ages to upload it again!i have had 100% for day 13 & 14 on challenge for ss and water.have a mermaid for day 13th also!
 
MINI CHALLENGE 3 (13 Days) - Start Date(Day 1) : Friday, 19th April, 2013 End Date(Day 13): Wednesday, 1st May 2013.

Hi girls.

I have made a summarized table of the 13 day mini challenge for us to view our progress at a quick glance. It is pretty simple to understand. The green smiley:D means that we have followed the SS 100%, the blue smiley ;) means that we have followed the SS+ 100% (for those who are following the SS+ plan) and the yellow smiley :) means that we have followed the water intake 100%. If any smiley is missing it means we have not followed that part of the challenge 100%. Hope this table is simple and clear to everyone! I will also be updating this table at the end of each day.

Green smiley:D = SS done 100%

Blue Smiley ;) = SS+ done 100% ( For those following the SS+ plan)

Yellow Smiley:) = Water intake of 2.5L done 100%

Dancing Mermaid:mermaid:= 30 minutes of gentle walking done -This is optional ...but don't you want to look hot like the mermaid???


Please do not forget to update us for each and every single day of the mini challenge, no matter how your day went. You may update at the end of each day or the next day in the morning. Kindly mention the day (example: Day 2) and date (eg. 06th April, 2013) as well so that it is easier for me to keep track, especially as we are all in different time zones.

I will give an example below for more clarity:

Day 3 - April 07th, 2013 - 100% on all three counts

Also, I am sorry to say that anybody who does not update us for two consecutive times in a row, will be automatically removed from the group. I am hoping all of us in this group will be there right till the end of the mini challenge and there will be no drop offs! :D...So here's to wishing all of us a FABULOUS success and fabulous weight losses!! Hope your day is going well so far!!!
