My 1st day tomorrow

HI to everybody. Have got my starter pack today. I have done CD and lost about 10kg went on holiday in July and put some back on (about 5kg). Back on diet wagon and this time I am going all the way and that is promise to my self. I am sure I will be here a lot for support from all you lovely people .
I let you know how got on with my 1st day tomorrow.

Hi very well day 5 toady so far so good. well we will see on thursday evenening is my 1st weigh in. How are you finding it? For me the worst time is just after I have my evening meal I always crave something. Just had 1/2 bar of CS chocolate fudge bar I think we are allowed 1/2 as a snack. Good luck

Yes you can have 1/2 a bar for any of your snacks; I sometimes have 1/2 a bar with a cup of coffee in the evening because I am a chocoholic.

Glad you're getting on ok. I work for Police so work shifts - lates are brilliant and fit in with CS, but when I'm on an early and finish at 1430hrs I just want to go home and eat. Oh well, willpower will win!!
