My 1st week on Exante

Hi im Becky

Just thought I would introduce myself as I have nearly 9 ston to lose!

1st week on Exante Total solution and I was shocked and amazed to have lost 12lbs! What a brilliant diet, heres to next week and another 12lbs (I wish)!

Be good to here from others with lots to lose too.

Becky - Think I have said "well done" for the weight loss in week 1, Becky! Keep it up and you will be at goal in no time!


Hi Emmie Lou - Exante is basically a shakes, soups, bar diet (bit like CD). They have different solutions though. Total Solution is 3 or 4 packs per day and Working Solution is 3 packs per day plus a low carb meal in the evening. Exante products don't contain any additives or preservatives. Hope that helps. Think Lisa has covered what Exante is, you should come to the Exante board every one is so friendly and has lots of helpfully advice and if your feeling low or struggling there is always someone to help you on your way!
