Not a great day, luckily I had syns left from the rest of the week. I got so carried away cleaning, I forgot to put on the dinner and I'm in the dog house now as hubby was looking forward to a roast after working all day. I didn't finish cleaning till 8 so pleaded with him to get a takeaway and I ended up with a kebab.

Can I ask how you make the syn free pancakes?

Hi. They were made with 4 eggs, 6 tbsp granulated sweetener and 3 tsp vanilla flavouring.

You separate the eggs whisking the whites with the sweetener until white and fluffy, then mix the yokes with vanilla and then fold into whites. This made enough for four pancakes. I had them with total 0% yogurt mixed with sweetener and chopped strawberries.

They were more eggy than typical pancake but I did enjoy them.
