my baby sister's wedding. can i do it? advice needed please

hello all

so, it's my sister's wedding on May 31 2014. I'm maid of honour and currently weigh about 16.5 stone. if I do cambridge diet sole source how much do you think I could lose by then?

how much have you lost and in what time frame?

I've lost 5 stone in 20 weeks. Mostly on SS with a weekend off and a few step 2 weeks as well. Started at a similar weight to you x

I lost 4 stone in 14 weeks. If I were you though, I'd probably start in the new year, unless you are 100% committed to doing SS over Christmas/NY. Once you've come off plan it's really hard to get back on. That will still give you about 20 weeks. My average loss is 3.5lbs, so I would lose between 5 and 6 stone starting from scratch doing SS in that time.

Remember if your BMI is over 40 you have to start on a higher step.
