my bad hair!

Hey guys!

I do extra easy and I think its making my hair thin and brittle... surly a hight protein diet like SW is this shouldn't be right? Anyone else experience this or anything else?

It could be many things...

Lack of sleep,
stress,
use of hair straightners,
due a trim?

Try a conditioning treatment. I don't know much about it tbh so have you tried googling it?

My hair went quite thin whilst I was on the depo contraceptive injection. Almost 2 years later it's finally starting to recover a bit. Hair loss/thinning can be cause by SO many things

Mmm, my hair has gone dry. Now I was testing (have stopped using it because my hairdresser wondered what on earth I'd done to my hair) a shampoo and conditioner for the Beauty Bible but now I'm wondering

But SW is not a high protein diet - just healthy eating

As said it could be any number of things but unlikely to be SW if you are following the plan as it is set out
