My Calorie Counting Journey

Hi, my name is Carrie, i'm a married mum of three & determined to shift the weight that I have gained over the years, seems to be a stone for everybaby plus one for luck lol.

I've been on WW for the last 6wks & have lost 10lbs, which is alot slower than I had hoped, but at least it was in the right direction.

Tomorrow I am starting counting calories, but today I am going to eat without counting, i've been saintly for 6wks & I need a day off, just hope I dont do too much damage.

To loose 1.5 to 2lbs per week on average I need to eat 1300-1400 cals per day. Which I hope I can do, but must admit I dont have any idea of calorie values so it will be a steep learning curver.
