My challenge this week, 10 superfree foods every day :-)

Read that upping speed foods helps weight loss, so upping mine to 10 a day.
2.5lbs off this week will give me my stone award.
On the plus side making me having to think about what to eat and snack on :)
 
Its both, 8 of speed and 2 of superspeed :)
 
It's just you said super free in your header. It's different to super speed.
I was just a bit confused as both can increase weight loss.

Can not see the link as it is blocked by my work policy (and am having a metal block about what is super and what is not) but here is my thoughts so far today (doing a red day if it makes any difference)

Fruit salad for breakfast (melon, pineapple, mango, grapes)
Veg soup for lunch (Courgette, onion and mint)
Cherries and banana for afternoon snack
Cauliflower with dinner
Pineapple & grapes for evening snack

Not sure how many that is so far..
 
10 seems a lot how would you fit those all in??!!

Definitely interested to see how it goes. . Anything that helps!
 
Today I have had, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, two types of melon, sugarsnap peas, mangetout, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions, red onions, pickled beetroot, beansprouts - so its quite easy to fit in lots of superspeed/superfree foods x
 
Incredible! ! I'm slowly adding back in a few items each day... Crohns and super free don't mix well!!
 
My hubby weren't impressed last nite.......omg at flatulence cause of all the fruit and I had baked beans at lunchtime lol :eek:
 
Skinny but smelly lol :)
 
Well lost 3.5lbs this week, mainly by having more fruit to snack on, either in fruit salad or eating cherries, peaches and nectarine s x x
