Hi everyone,
My name is Kat, and this is my diary.
I don't have much to lose in comparison to many inspirational 'losers' on here, who should be so proud of themselves for doing so well I know it will be a slower journey for me than a quick success.
i first noticed I was a little bigger than I am used to when my clothes were feeling tighter , and as I don't have a tumble dryer shrinking them , I knew it was me. So, I hop on the scales and am so ashamed. I am going on holiday in September and am aiming to lose the extra 2st baggage I'm carrying at this moment in time.
A little about me :
I am a chef and find it so difficult being around luxury food/sweets/cakes all day , which I have to try as part of my job for seasoning purposes , this means I'm not getting to spend my syns on good treats as I only have about half left when I get home
I am doing this alone. I bought the books on eBay , and am not a member of a group, joining this site will hopefully help with motivation
my boyfriend is extremely supportive and happily eats the same as me but with less vegetables than I have on my plate
I am just coming to the end of my 3 full week and am not doing to bad so far and hope to reach a target of a 25lb loss by September
