Extra Easy My diary in pictures

No, I'm pretty bad with my a's & b's. I tend to just have them when it suits as I'm not a dairy fan and i avoid bread as it gives me hiccups. I know there are other options but I feel like I'm eating them for the sake of it as they don't normally appear in my menu. I'm trying to use them when I can. I try and save my syns for nighttime although a bit of cake mix may have passed my lips earlier. I don't want to trigger my sweet tooth as I've resisted so far. X
Ok...... I too have to admit, when making a Birthday cake for my Dad on Thursday - I too may have tasted the cake mix just to see if it tasted ok! And it did it was soooooo nice

D: steak, actifry chips and beans
S: mini chocolate bar X 2
Baaaaaaad day.

Another bad day. Don't know why. I have some proper hunger issues this week.

Not really planned ahead for today either but fingers crossed I can control myself.

Same here... the past couple of days all I want to do is eat, can't get food off my mind.

I hope you have had a good few days.
Don't give up. I seam to find the more high protein days I have the more hungry day's I have.
Maybe do a food diary and Mark your hunger levels so you can see if there is a link ☺
 
Thanks all. Last week was a washout really and i totally lost focus. Today is weigh day and fortunately I've stayed the same. Back on it today. I'm determined this week. X
 
I've lost where I am and I've not been writing it down this week. I've still not lost anything (I'm a daily weigher).

Today's plans,
B: grapes, strawberries, melon
S: crab sticks
L: pasta n sauce, onion bhaji (??!!)
S: yog, pineapple
D: chicken, actifry chips, salad

I've taken up almost a whole shelf in the fridge at work!! X
