Defo I think the key is variety, and making sure u know the foods that are going to keep u full for longer. I love tuna and crackers so I enjoy that for my pm snack with some chopped onion, had to admit I do have a lil mayo in it but so far it's not been damaging for me but I'll need to keep an eye on it. What kinda snacks u having??
