    Started this week off with a downer as only lost ONE POUNDS. However I'm not letting it get me down, onwards & downwards is what I say.. Sticking VERY strictly to my freefoods and rying to get through the week with ZERO syns, I have done it before so what's going to stop me doing it again? :rolleyes: Was really chuffed this morning when I put on my new jeans that I bought 3 weeks ago to find they are falling off me and I'm going to have to belt up :D GREAT! even more of a motivation. What's more is that I have my fat me vs skinny me pictures up in my work. Here's hoping this week will be a good one :innocent0001: ! & my gym sessions will pay off

    Aw,it's good u didnt stay down after only losing 1 pound...i personally think thats a great lose because
    It shows that ur losing proparly...sometimes when u lose alot of weight 3-9 pounds lets say it might be water or muscle instead of fat...which isnt too good...well done to you for having your jeans feeling bigger...thats the best indicator of change.

    & here I am day 3 of a new week, feeling better than ever.. mostly because I managed to say NO! to the tempting smell of Greggs this morning :rolleyes:... Instead I had a bannana and yoghurt which has satisfied my hunger perfectly. Day off work too so even more time for me to get up and active. It's a shame that the gym's shut though as the pope's visiting, but shall go for a nice long walk instead :D! Kind of in pickle over what to eat as its a red day and don't like fish but getting fed up looking at chicken, hmm maybe a gammon steak with some tomatoes and mushrooms could be on the cards tonight. It's the inbetween breakfast and dinner I'm finding hardest, everything that has chicken in is usually served with heaps or pasta or rice. Hmmmmm some fruit again is sounding promising :)x

    Yesterday's dinner went down a treat :D, ended up making a fresh chicken casserole from scratch!! it was deeeeee-lish! :p And now for today.. got my friends birthday tonight so going to try stay off the drink, we shall see how that one works out :). Also starting to get back into clothes that fitted me last year :D:D:D:D!! YAYYYYYY
