    I joined slimming world a few years ago, went to the classes and did lose weight but now i am trying to do it on my own. I've been doing it for 2 weeks now and already really struggling mainly with the weekends. I thought if i write on here what i eat then pyschologically i wont be naughty as people will see! lol

    I only do green days as i'm not a huge meat eater and i dont have a clue how to do the extra easy plan so sticking with what i know!

    Day one - Monday

    Breakfast -
    Weetabix -HEB
    Milk - HEA

    Lunch -
    I'm going to buy a mug shot and some fruit

    Dinner -
    a jacket potato and beans i think

    snacks -
    Ryvita mini's - HEB
