    Exercise: 20 mins
    Calories consumed: 550-750 -- 1 big bowl of shredded wheat and 2 tins of tuna
    Time of last meal: 4hrs +
    Slip ups: 0

    Day 2
    Weight: 16 4
    Exercise: 20mins
    Calories consumed: 1010 -- 1 big bowl of shredded wheat, weight watchers meal, scrambled egg x2 on toast.
    Time of last meal: 4hrs +
    Slip ups: 0

    Day 3
    Weight: 16 2
    Exercise: 10 mins 1 mile walk
    Calories consumed: 1000 -- bowl of cereal, weight watchers spag boll, bottle of pear cider
    Time of last meal: 4hrs +
    Slip ups: 0

    Im on a 1000 a day for first 2wks then im upping to 1500.

    Im 5 9" and weight 228lbs!

    Im a 27yo male.
