Hi all

New to this forum. I find i can follow f&h pretty well but once a week i'll have a vodka (or three!) in the evening. I dont eat any extra food because of it but feel pretty rubbish the next day. Could this be halting my progress? i dont go over my weeklies allowance and usually lose a 1lb a week although the last two weeks ive stayed the same. I know the obvious answer would be to give it up but i dont smoke or eat much chocolate cake etc, so its my only vice really, and my way of de-stressing once a week.

Just wondered if anyone else includes a tipple or two in their diet and still manages to lose regularly?

Hi hun glad u asked this question i have my weeklys for vodkas and diet coke of a friday and really tryin with fillin and healthy and carnt see many results on the scales x
