Joined SW last night, feeling slightly flabbergasted with all the info but i'm sure i'll get there.

Any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated. I'm following Extra Easy, my diary for today -

Breakfast: Strawberries, Banana, Grapes. (Superfree) 2 poached eggs (free) cherry tomatoes with chilli salt (superfree) 1 slice white toast (4.5 syns) 1 teaspoon margarine (2 syns) 1 light laughing cow (hexa)

Lunch: Ham Salad (free & superfree)
SW coleslaw (1.5 syns for e.light mayo)

Dinner: Chicken Breast (free) brocolli,cauliflower,broad beans (superfree) 1 laughing cow light (hexa)

100ml skimmed milk (2 syns)
3 ryvita pumpkin seeds & oats (hexb) with laughing cow (hexa)

Total syns 9.5
I might have quavers tonight depending on how hungry i am.

Todays plan is -

Breakfast: 2 slices toast (wholemeal 400g) hex b, flora lightest (1.5 syns) scrambled egg, cherry tomatoes, creamed mushrooms (using quark)

Lunch: Wedges, huge salad of sf, boiled egg, 30g cheddar (hexa). Cauliflower curry sauce to dip wedges into.

Dinner: Turkey stirfy, (2 syns for sauce)

Snacks: Alpen light (4.5 syns)
Mullerlight & Fruit (free & superfree)
100ml skimmed milk (2 syns)

Managed to drink 1.5 litres of water yesterday & aiming to do the same today.

Total syns = 10
 
Yesterday went well, still feel as tho i'm eating too much to lose weight but time will tell lol. My problem is picking at food, last night we had stirfry but because there was loads left i put it into a tub & i kept going back to it & picking at it :-/

Todays plan -

HexA - 350ml skimmed milk
HexB - 1 Alpen Light Bar

Breakfast - Syn Free Cheescake, made with Alpen bar from hexb, quark, sweetner & a load of fruit

Lunch - Tuna Pasta & Salad (2 syns for mayo)

Dinner - Beef Stew, Roast Potatoes (fry light) Loads of SF (4 syns for gravy)

Snacks - Quavers (4.5 syns)

Total Syns 10.5

And i've been doing good with drinking plenty of fluids, i did add no added sugar diluting juice to my water yesterday but its syn free.

So far so good!
 
Feeling a bit 'Blah' today, stuck to plan yesterday & today but feeling down for some reason or another. Reading thru every1's diaries i see that most of us seem to go thru a guilty phase of wondering why we let ourselves get this size. Starting to feel slighty bored with with veg/salad/fruit so think i have to shake it up slightly, won some SW magazines on ebay so hoping they come tomorrow & have some yummy, easy to follow recipes. Keep worrying that i will go to my 1st weigh in somce starting & will be the same weight :-/

Todays food

Breakfast - Toast HexB, margarine (1.5 syns) creamed mushrooms made with quark

Lunch - Stirfry (2 syns for sauce)

Dinner - Veg Curry (if i can face it, more veg??)

Snacks - Mullerlight (free)
Quavers (4.5 syns)
WW Hot Chocolate (1.5 syns)

HexA 350ml Skimmed Milk, used in tea,coffee, hot choc

Total Syns - 9.5

I was supposed to be doing a Metafit class tonight but its been cancelled so i might actually start this 30 day swuat challenge i've been putting off for weeks lol.

Just about to meal plan for 2mrw but the thought of more veg is killing me lol.
 
Been to Asda & got loads more fresh fruit, veg, couscous & savoury rice. Feeling a bit more positive today :)

Hex A 250ml semi-skimmed milk
Hex B 2 slices wholemeal bread

Breakfast - 2 Eggs fried in fry light, 2 toast (hexb) margarine (1.5 syns) Banana

Lunch - Salad, wafer thin ham, roast veg couscous (1syn)

Dinner - Salmon & Roasted Veges.

2.5 syns so far, might have a milkyway later thats been in the freezer all week! Not done great water wise today but will make sure i get at least 1.5 litres down me!

So far so good :)

Lunch - Egg salad sandwich, mugshot

Dinner - Baked potato, cottage cheese & salad.

Syns 2 for salad cream
1 for cottage cheese
1.5 for margarine

Total 4.5 - prob have a milky way, i never had 1 yesterday :)
 
Hi Jelly!!!

Looks like dubs and I are coming over to invade :) Your menus are so much more varied than mine! I get stuck in a such a rut!

Terrible! Been off plan all week - crisps, chocolate, kebab, chips, proper fried breakfasts! Dreading WI 2mrw but defo back on plan in the morning, feel minging lol. How u getting on?x

Ha cyber not alone hun. I had KFC Friday. Chipper Saturday. Chinese Sunday. Crisps. Chocolate. Biscuits. U name it... Trying to get back on plan tho
