    Lost 6lbs and sooooo happy. Have not felt.deprived, I have had what I wanted but made good choices. I am surprised how much you can eat! Here is to another good week :)

    Thanks everyone! I'm so chuffed and going strong today.

    One major difference is that on a diet plan I used to stick to it for the week, go to wi then treat myself all evening afterwards - then take 2 days to get back on track! But I really feel I can have what I want and just track everything on mfp
