MY FIRST DAY

Back on lighter life,started with a strawberry shake for breakfast.ive got 6 weeks worth of packs left over from my classes. im also trying to walk 10,000 steps.managed over 12,000 yesterday,this has to help !

So one last big push to shift the rest of this weight!

Just make sure you glug the water as it is key to the diet.

ill keep filling my water filter and keep a track on what i drink ,only managing 3ltrs and i know i need to drink more.
some days its really difficult to drink the water.
i have the water flavours and sometimes drink soda water,this helps.
